Debugging is a decisive stage, which determines the future performance of any refrigeration equipment. Hasty or incomplete completion of it is the reason for many failures in the months after the work is completed. Fifth, start the equipment, start the system, and wait for a stable working state. Do not adjust the expansion valve in the first few minutes. Once the room temperature is stable, measure and adjust the reference values of overheating in the evaporator and supercooling in the condenser.
Sixth: check the complete operation of all accessories: prestress, thawing cycle, drainage heating resistance, condensing fan adjustment, drainage siphon. Simulate the activation security element to confirm your response.
Seventh: Record all startup values: pressure, temperature, overheating, supercooling and power consumption readings in the technical report. This document can be used as a reference for future maintenance and fault diagnosis.
