What kind of room temperature does DJ series air cooler support in industrial ultra-cold storage?

DJ series air coolers are specially designed for low temperature, with the rated temperature range of-18 C to-31 C, and are suitable for fast freezing tunnels and ultra-fast freezers.

Its 6.0-9.0 mm wide blade gap is the key factor to enable it to operate at a very low temperature with a high frosting rate. Under the conditions of-25 C and indoor relative humidity of 75%RH, it keeps a thawing interval of 5-7 hours. If DD is used under the same conditions, the thawing cycle will be activated every 2-3 hours.

The best practice is to limit the number of new goods introduced in each batch so as not to exceed the working capacity of evaporator DJ.

When DJ is paired with FNH, FNV or FNVT air cooling capacitors, the actual capacity corrected by room temperature should be applied and the safety margin should be increased by 15%. The increase of ambient temperature in summer will further reduce the performance of capacitors, so this safety cannot be reduced in industrial projects.
