Production processes in the fine chemical industry, as well as new materials and household chemicals, require a stable low-temperature refrigeration environment. Working conditions involving corrosive gases, high humidity, and elevated temperatures in facilities demand extremely high levels of protection for refrigeration equipment. In conventional commercial units, prolonged use may lead to issues such as pipe oxidation, refrigerant leaks, or system shutdown failures, directly interrupting production line operations. This article presents a comprehensive plan for installing chemical refrigeration systems and guidelines for equipment selection. 1. Classification according to corrosion level in chemical workshops Light corrosion: Processing of auxiliary ingredients for household chemicals, with minimal water vapor evaporation; a basic anti-corrosion paint can be applied to the equipment. Moderate corrosion: Processing of acidic or alkaline raw materials, involving volatile corrosive gases; thicker protective layers must be applied to copper pipes and metal sheets. Severe corrosion: In chemical synthesis or reagent production, with highly concentrated corrosive media; all pipelines must be reinforced, and the entire sealing and anti-corrosion protection structure must be upgraded. Before making the purchase, it is first necessary to determine the corrosion level of the workshop and then select the appropriate protection configuration; basic standard models should not be used uniformly. II. Three major improvements in corrosion-resistant industrial equipment Improvement of the thermal exchange system: use red copper tubes reinforced with a special anti-corrosion protective coating applied to fins, preventing direct contact between corrosive gases and metal. Improvement of the metal casing: application of a double-layer protective coating against oxidation and corrosion, and installation of sealing sleeves at pipe joints to reduce moisture infiltration. Electrical system improvement: fully sealed control box resistant to dust and corrosion; additionally, insulating and anti-corrosive covers are added to electrical circuits to prevent short circuits. For a 24-hour continuous production line, high-strength compressors that can withstand high temperatures are selected, adapted to the constantly hot environment of the workshop. III. Key design points for the chemical cooling system auxiliary equipment The equipment installation area must maintain strong ventilation to reduce the concentration of corrosive gases in the workshop; pipe routing should be simplified, minimizing welded joints and reducing the risk of leaks; an independent filtration device is included to prevent the accumulation of chemical dust in heat exchangers; switching interfaces are provided for backup units, ensuring continuous cooling of the production line in case of main unit failure. IV. Advantages of the Original Factory Customized System Shaoxing Xueying Refrigeration can manufacture low-temperature industrial refrigeration units according to the workshop's corrosion level, production capacity, and local electrical supply standards. We offer comprehensive upgrades, including copper tube reinforcement, multiple corrosion protection layers, and controlled electrical sealing. The units leave the factory already tested under simulated high-temperature and corrosive conditions over extended periods, making them suitable for both national chemical parks and overseas production bases. Additionally, we provide integrated services that include complete refrigeration system design, equipment manufacturing, and remote commissioning support. V. Periodic Anti-Corrosion Maintenance Plan for Chemical Refrigeration Equipment Every quarter, corrosive deposits on the heat exchanger surface are cleaned and removed, and damaged areas of the coating are inspected to promptly apply replacements. An annual comprehensive inspection of pipeline tightness is conducted to detect any minor refrigerant leaks. Fans and electrical sealing rings are regularly replaced to delay component aging. Additionally, the workshop ventilation system is routinely activated to reduce the concentration of corrosive gases. Summary Low-temperature cooling systems in chemical industries require industrial refrigeration equipment with stepped levels of anti-corrosion protection, combined with proper workshop ventilation and the installation of backup units to form a
