Cold storage refrigeration equipment maintenance

1. Pay attention to the oil level in the compressor oil sight glass of the cold storage refrigeration equipment, ensuring it stays within the specified range. If the compressor runs low on oil, it can seize, damage the shaft, or cause motor-related chain faults.
2. Voltage phase loss, overload, current protection, and delayed protection must be installed in cold storage refrigeration equipment. The sensitivity and quality of electrical protection components directly affect the compressor's lifespan. When installing and commissioning cold storage refrigeration equipment, the temperature should be controlled by the thermostat and pressure controller so that the compressor stops and starts fewer than six times an hour, runs for more than five minutes each time, and stops for at least three minutes each time.
3. Non-condensable gases in cold storage refrigeration equipment should not exceed 2% of the volume. Vacuuming cannot be done manually during operation; use a vacuum pump from the system's high-pressure side for more than 20 minutes.
4. The refrigeration cycle system must be kept strictly dry. Especially for seamless steel pipes used as evaporators, there should be no rust, and no organic compounds, metal debris, cleaning agents, acids, or moisture should remain.
5. After the cold storage refrigeration equipment starts running, regularly check the oil level. Replace the refrigerant oil after the first month of operation, then annually thereafter.
6. Reliable and sensitive electrical control components, temperature and pressure controllers help reduce compressor faults.
7. Check that the power supply voltage and ambient temperature are within the specified range.
8. When the cold storage refrigeration compressor is not used for a long time, the refrigerant should be recovered into the liquid receiver and the discharge stop valve closed.
