1. Core Distinction Based on Production Qualifications and Hardware Conditions

Original factories can adjust equipment dimensions, power, power supply voltage, anti-corrosion structure, and appearance sheet metal according to customer needs. For customized models for different countries in overseas regions, special chemical and pharmaceutical scenarios, only original factories can stabilize the implementation. Middlemen dealers are difficult to meet the needs of specialized scene renovations.
3. Differences in Product Quality Control and Factory Inspection Standards
Original factories are equipped with a complete quality inspection process. The complete machine undergoes more than 200 simulation tests under various working conditions, including continuous high-temperature operation, air tightness and pressure resistance, wide voltage adaptation, and refrigerant leakage detection. Substandard semi-finished products are directly intercepted. Middlemen dealers cannot control the production quality inspection process. After receiving substandard products from the upstream, they directly resell them. The equipment failure rate is higher, and when quality problems occur, they tend to shift the blame to each other, making the after-sales protection process cumbersome.
4. Comparison of Supply Prices and Delivery Cycles
Original factories do not have multiple layers of middlemen for price increases. Bulk purchases have a more advantageous single-piece cost. During peak seasons, their own production capacity is controllable, and they can stabilize production and delivery. Middlemen dealers rely on the allocation of multiple factories for supply sources. During industry peak seasons, they are prone to shortages of supply and delayed deliveries.
